Custom DTF printing: a garment and print for your project
Build a T-shirt, hoodie or long sleeve with your artwork by selecting the garment base, fit, fabric, colour, print areas and size. For printing on your own clothing, describe the item and material so a manager can check compatibility and estimate the work separately.
How pricing works
The configurator estimates the selected garment, print and extras. A complete garment with a print and printing on your own clothing are separate options. A manager confirms specifications and price after checking the files; batch terms depend on the format and quantity selected in the configurator.
DTF technology and material checks
DTF printing transfers an image from special film to fabric with a heat press. Before production, both the artwork and the specific material’s compatibility need checking. For your own garment, provide its composition, colour and fabric details if known.

Who we make custom prints for

- For teams, organisations and brigades — merchandise for a community, unit, sports team or event. Provide quantities, sizes and the desired date so a manager can agree on garment bases, artwork and batch terms.
- For brands and dropshippers — describe your collection or customer order, including labelling and packaging requests. We agree on feasibility, specifications and price for the specific order.
- For volunteer and veteran projects — include your initiative, quantity and required date. A manager helps clarify available options and agree on the terms.
How to prepare artwork for DTF printing
Upload the file and specify print dimensions and areas. The image should be sharp at its intended print size; preserve transparency for artwork without a background. A manager checks the file and advises whether preparation is needed.
If you do not have finished artwork, describe your idea and add references. Choose the appropriate file preparation option; a manager agrees on the work, cost and timing.
Production and delivery timing
We agree on production timing after checking the artwork, garment and quantity. Include any event or gift deadline in your brief. Transit time depends on the carrier and route and is separate from production.
Custom print FAQ

Important: ready-made items of proper quality can be returned or exchanged within 14 days under Ukrainian law, but custom apparel made to individual order is not subject to return or exchange when produced properly.
Can I order a single custom item for myself?
Custom DTF configurator for hoodies, t-shirts, longsleeves and your own apparel. Assemble the item, print zones, file or idea and pass the full context to the manager or drop it straight into the cart.
What if I do not have a print-ready file?
Upload artwork or briefly describe what you want. We'll let you know if the file needs prep before printing.
Can I print on my own clothes?
Yes. The configurator supports the bring-your-own-garment scenario: add a description of the item, the fabric, colour and any important details so the manager can quote the order correctly.
Can I return or exchange a custom item?
Custom apparel made to individual order is not subject to return or exchange when produced correctly and matching the agreed parameters. If there is a manufacturing defect or a deviation from the approved layout, contact us and we will review the case separately.
How do I order a batch for a brand, team or event?
Choose the team or brand format and provide quantities, sizes and contact details. The configurator considers your selections and available batch terms; a manager confirms the artwork, specifications, final price and deadline.
How much does custom DTF printing on a T-shirt or hoodie cost?
For an item using our garment base, the estimate includes the garment, selected print and extras. Printing on your own garment requires a separate manager estimate. The configurator total is preliminary: we confirm the final price after checking the garment and artwork.
What is the production time for a custom order?
We agree on production timing after checking the artwork, garment base and quantity. If you need the order for an event, include its date in the brief so a manager can check feasibility. Transit time depends on the carrier and route.
What is DTF printing and how is it different?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) applies an image by printing it on a special film and transferring it to fabric with a heat press. Select the garment base, print areas and dimensions; a manager checks material compatibility and artwork preparation.
Can I order custom printing in Kyiv, Kharkiv or Lviv?
Yes, you can submit an online request from any city in Ukraine. We agree on shipping arrangements for the specific order. Nova Poshta transit time depends on the route and current carrier operations.
How do I print my logo on a small T-shirt run?
Upload your logo as a transparent PNG, SVG or PDF with vector lettering. A manager will check the artwork and suggest the best size for the garment. Runs start from one item.
Which fabrics and colours are available for DTF printing?
Choose an available garment base, fit, fabric and colour in the configurator. Composition and weight depend on the selected base specifications; one model’s details do not automatically apply to others. For your own garment, include material details and a photo.
How do I keep a DTF print looking good after washing?
Follow the care label for your selected garment and the guidance for the agreed print. If the label is missing or the material is unfamiliar, ask a manager before washing. Print durability depends on the garment, application and care.
Can I order branded merch for a volunteer project?
Yes. Describe your project, quantities, sizes and event date. A manager checks available garment bases and agrees on pricing and terms for your batch.
Can you provide branded packaging and cards for dropshippers?
Include packaging, card or labelling requests in your brief. A manager checks what is possible for your batch and agrees on the contents and cost before confirming the order.
