We print current TwoComms T-shirts and hoodies to order after payment is confirmed; we do not keep finished printed garments ready in stock. Preparation usually takes 1–3 days after payment confirmation; this is an approximate estimate that varies with the season. It does not guarantee dispatch or receipt by a particular date and is not carrier transit time: delivery after dispatch depends on the carrier and route.
Shipping is charged at the carrier’s current rate for the specific parcel. Free shipping applies to orders of 3000 UAH or more after discounts, only with full payment. Orders with a 200 UAH prepayment and cash on delivery do not qualify; shipping and the carrier’s payment fee are charged separately.
Full payment is the main option. After advice about sizing, a gift, quality or trust concerns, a 200 UAH deposit with cash on delivery may be discussed when the current checkout permits it. On collection, the 200 UAH counts towards the item price. For an ordinary refusal after inspection, the entire 200 UAH is retained, not just the actual shipping cost. The carrier charges a separate cash-on-delivery fee. A confirmed defect or store error requires a separate service review.
